Lumberville, PA 

This 1820’s Lumberville Delaware river property needed significant restoration work. SDC’s vision created an open concept floor plan accentuating the river view utilizing large wall to wall windows and doors. There were multiple additions in this project including a new kitchen, master bath, master bath and more. Renovations included new wood floors, hot water heated floors and mechanical system update along with roof, siding and deck replacement. Re-use of old beams and floorboards for barn sliding doors put the old charm back into the restored house.
